Paul Adamczyk BSc (Hons) MSc MIEnvSc – Principal Consultant, Director
Paul has worked as an environmental professional for almost 20 years, including six years as a Regulatory & Permitting Officer with the Environment Agency. Paul has been a member of the EA’s National Monitoring Network, Paper & Pulp, Combustion and Food & Drink Sector Groups, the MCERTS Team and as a NAQTA where he directed the emergency response to major UK air pollution incidents. He has also enjoyed almost 10 years as a project manager for a leading MCERTS and UKAS accredited emissions monitoring laboratory. Paul has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Combustion Science & Environmental Pollution Control and holds MCERTS Level 2 with all technical endorsements.
Dr Caroline Tabor BSc (Hons) MSc – Quality & Compliance Manager
Caroline completed a PhD in “Cardiovascular Toxicology as a Result of Diesel Particulate Air Pollution” at the University of Edinburgh before spending 10 years conducting clinical trials for several world leading pharmaceutical firms. Caroline has extensive experience in operating quality management systems, auditing and maintaining compliance with diverse international standards bodies under the IAF and ILAC umbrella.
