We work very hard to avoid complaints, however, if you think you have a reason to raise a query, or make a complaint, we will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, while also keeping you informed of progress as we seek resolution. All complaints are taken very seriously and are handled via the company's Quality Management System.. 

A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction regarding the provision of, or failure to provide, the high standard of work expected by Alkali Environmental, including compliance with all applicable external standards and accreditations.
